Jeronimo

Jeronimo started off his career in great fashion selected as an amateur mount by top amateur rider Janice Fostek, he was shown sparingly as a two year old winning both the FAST Spring Showcase and the Columbia Spring Jubilee and earning a Reserve at the Money Tree Classic, the following year he had a big win at Woodbury Lions Club he was shown at the Celebration and was placed forth. Find out he had an injury he spends the next year under veterinary care and rehab with hope of returning to the ring.  That was not in the cards and it was decided he would come here to SBS and begin his breeding career. He is happy, healthy and enjoying his new career. Jeronimo is Sired by Jose’ Jose’ out of a Pusher bred mare.  His dam has also produced A Lady by Jose’ and Reserve World Champion The Cochise. He is a beautiful dark bay who is homozygous for the black gene and will not produce a red foal. We are looking forward to Jeronimo’s first foals!
