Rates and Fees
Current vaccination and worming records must accompany all horses arriving at Spencer Benedict Stables. If these records are not with the horses, these procedures will be performed and owners will be charged.
There are no exceptions.
Spencer Benedict Stables requires the following:
1) A copy of the mare's registration papers.
2) A current negative Coggins test (within 12 months).
3) Current Health Papers
4) Current vaccination information for: Flu, Rhino, Sleeping Sickness, Tetanus, Strep, and West Nile Virus.
* (Note: The Spencer Benedict Stables deworms and vaccinates for Flu and Rhino every 60 days.)
4) Last dates for: deworming, farrier and dental work
5) Culture and biopsy results if available.
6) If your mare is insured - the name and contact numbers of your agent.
7) In addition, to review Spencer Benedict Stables's EVA requirements for testing and vaccination.

$500.00/Month plus 40% of Stud Fee – Stallion Standing
$10.00/day Dry Mares in Pasture (Limited)
$12.00/day Dry Mares in Stall
$14.00/day Wet Mare (mares with foals)
$15.00/day Foal Watch
Private Care available charges are on a custom basis

Foaling: $300.00
SBS offers a foaling service that will allow your foal to be eligible for the KWHBIF.
Mares are monitored with cameras in their stall as well as foalert.
Ultrasound: $30.00 each
Progesterone Assay: $40.00
Deworm: $15.00

Flu: $8.00
Sleeping Sickness: $6.00

Strep: $15.00
